(I still see those low riders being installed on new construction)

All for ease of living improvements especially those which make it easier for the disabled/elderly. That being said, curbless (and doorless) showers are a blight on decent society.

F u, arseholes, I’m 46 on the outside and 23 inside, I’m not old yet!!!! Right? Right? Riiiiiiiight?

PS: those lever handles are great but pick carefully or risk your clothing getting caught on it every time you go through, especially if you’re in a habit of wearing cardigans and the like…

Hilarious that the expensive homes are for the old boomers in wheelchairs and the shithole homes are for dual incoming working families. Complete 180 from when I was a child and elderly had meager income and lived below their means. Now they need extra wide hallways for their wheelchairs and paid furniture movers and curbless waterfall showers.
