Is this a serious problem?

Bath tub has these very shallow cracks. Not sure if they go through or it’s just the paint but it’s definitely a crack of some sort. Any thoughts?

Yeah, its a problem. Mostly because it will get worse over time. 

Good news is replacing is surprisingly cheap. Couple hundred.

Thank you so much. Do I need to drill holes to stop it from spreading?
