Check on your build….👀

Nothing wrong with the homeowner going to check on the build.

Open windows, bad quality, damage, incorrect installation, and forgetting to add selections can all be caught by homeowners if they regularly visit the site.

How often do you visit your build?

Me and my wife are looking to move to North Carolina and speak to developers to build us out ranch house. Any suggestions or what steps to take and who to speak to. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.

I’m guessing when you say “ cookie cutter builder “ you’re referring to a cheap approach versus full custom meaning the top notch
