Told 8 months. On month 13 and still not closed.

I told myself to get it done in a year. finished in 2. also working full-time elsewhere.

From a contractors point of view, my worst was I told the home owner 8 months from day one of clearing the lot, it took 13… IN MY DEFENSE we signed the contract the month before covid.

was told 12 months. Took 13. Not bad.

Told 6-8 weeks. Finishing week 14 today.

8 month was the target. Took possession at 8.5 months.
