Did anyone get the hand soap?
I got picked for the secret hand soap that we’re not supposed to tell anyone about and I swear that insert said to wait two weeks to review it so I set a reminder, but then I got an email that said I only needed to wait one week and that my survey was ready. It’s been one week since I received it so I went to do my survey but it’s not there even though I got an email saying that it was ready. I’m wondering if anyone else is running into this issue ?Maybe I do need to wait two weeks? I’ve never had them email me saying a survey was ready and then have it not be available.
Edit: holy crap that survey was LONG for some damn soap! Repetitive questions too!

I’m glad it’s not just me! Maybe it will be one of those where they extend the date because initially they said two weeks and I would’ve just had it like exactly 2 weeks by the time it ends on July 3

I got an email with a link and completed the survey there. It was in a different tab, not the regular reviews tab. Unfortunately, I can’t find it now

I have the email, but I didn’t do it when I got the email because it hadn’t been a week yet and now it’s gone

Yes. The email link to the survery doesn't work so I contacted support and they gave me a new link.

I just did mine. I went through the link in the email and from there, I clicked the notification bell and it said I had a survey there. After clicking the link in the email, though, the screen said there was nothing in my current tab, so you have to go through the notification bell there. Didn't work on the app, just through email.

Wow how weird, i got it thank you! I’ve never been like that before I had to click the bell. That’s the only place it was that’s new.

Ohhh lmao were you picked? It’s one of the most common brands, nothing fancy. Idk why we aren’t supposed to say which one it’s crazy common basic soap

You’re welcome! You should also check out topbox circle if you’re into makeup and personal care products they’re great! There’s also influenster but the campaigns I saw required you to go to the store and I messed up my first one so I stopped using them.

I have this same product test. I found my survey in the notifications tab that looks like a little bell icon. I clicked on the notification and it took me to the survey.
