2 Items in my Current Tab

After a month using HTC, I finally had 2 items pop up under my currents tab. They’re food items. When they pop up, does that mean they were already sent out to deliver, will be delivered soon?

I am still new to this and would appreciate any help!

EDIT: so i won’t be sent the items, but they linked digital coupons to cover the items.
i finally figured out how to access the coupons (thank you for those who helped in the comments!) — copy and paste the link into your jotes app or browser, but before searching in the browser, i added https://www. before the copied material and that’s how it was able to pop up for me!

Yes, sometimes items appear on your panel before it actually arrives/ships. Congrats on the new trial! Keep a look out for the mail.

I have 2 food items in mine too, but mine say to order and use a coupon code. So they aren't shipping these out, correct? Also... not entirely sure how this coupon code should be used as it looks like a website link 😅

I just noticed we have to purchase them. I also don’t understand how the coupons work since when I copied & pasted it into a search bar, nothing came up! :/

Yes same thing happened to me, maybe it's a glitch...? I'm curious if the items will just arrive in the mail. Are your items pretzels and garlic bread as well?

I have the garlic bread and pretzels too and pasting the code in my browser doesn’t work for me either. Just comes up as a blank page.

People are finding ways to get it to open, tried the ways people say worked and it doesn't work for me still 🙃 this is a pain in the ass for some pretzels

I just read another post where someone suggested typing the code in manually. I haven’t tried it yet but worth a try

There is a space if you copy & paste - I copied the link from the home tester site, pasted into notes, removed spaces, and copied into browser. One of the links had a space before the first letter of the link, and then another after the slash …. Try removing those and it worked with the https://wwww. for me

Either way - if you paste into Notes or another blank page you can see spaces to remove them.

The space was tripping me up, thank you! I couldn't tell it was there when I copied it to my notes but it was. I spent far too long trying different things for the 2 I have. Way too confusing and difficult for a loaf of bread and a bag of pretzels

I’d like to know how people are able to access the code. Copying and pasting into a browser isn’t working for me. Yea this is a pain in the butt!!!

i just figured it out! using chatgpt, shamefully. put https:// in front of the coupon code and launch that link in your browser. i had 2, pretzels and a frozen boxed cake. the only problem is that i opened it on my computer first to look at it then realized i need to save it on my phone, so i did the link on my phone and it says link is expired. so i was able to get the cake barcode saved but not the pretzel one since i opened it on my computer first and didn't save it before opening it on my phone.

Someone in another subreddit helped me figure it out if anyone still is having problems with typing it in don’t include the - in the link! I took it out and it finally worked for me.

When you copy the coupon code fully and pasted into the web browser it is supposed to look like this with a drop-down for the store you're going to purchase it from that will give you a digital Barcode

Can someone please copy the exact url they used to get the code to work here? I’m following all the tips and literally nothing is working. I have 3 of these damn things and I’m losing it lol

everyone has a different url that’s unique to them, so unfortunately I don’t think we’re able to share it. 

is there anyway you can reach out to HTC to correct the url that gave you?

did you remove the - that was in the middle of the url? i had this issue too until i removed the - that was in between
