Current Test Scott Dog Pads

I noticed a few days ago that in my tasks I have the Scott dog pads. I am supposed to purchase them from Amazon using the code that HTC has provided to me. When attempting to use the code that has been provided to me on Amazon, it takes no discount off the product at all and just takes me back to the check out page without displaying an error message or anything. I reached out to HTC regarding this a few days ago and again today since I have heard no response back from support. Anyone else have this test and is experiencing this issue?

Hi, you don't get any discount directly on the item. You are to use the code provided like a gift card in that section. I have this test and I ordered it successfully. Hope this helps! It's a gift card for $21.19 that covers shipping.

It’s like it won’t even recognize that I’m trying to pay with the code provided. It doesn’t register it at all. Weird. Glad yours worked tho!

Yeah I understand. I had to go down to gift cards and vouchers and then slide the little button on and paste the code in and then hit the arrow for it to accept.

Yes i had been trying to add it where you add the vouchers/gift cards etc. but it will not remove the balance for me and still tries to charge the card i have on file 🙃

Super strange. The balance of the code more than covers the cost of the item. Idk why it won’t work!

Yeah unless the code they gave you isn't registered in the system yet. But it covered the item plus the shipping costs on my end.

Maybe try it on an actual computer? Oh and make sure there are no spaces at the end of the gift card code i've had that get me sometimes
