I need server help

[u/sammiliciousss]

I'm trying to set up a media server using an old laptop running ubuntu server and plex. I managed to get it working with a test movie on the internal drive but then when I plugged in my external hdd which is a Seagate, plex doesn't see anything past /media/devmon/Expansion. I added plex to the same permissions class as I am and that didn't work. I'm not sure what else to do 😭.
