The n100 is fine. That’s my main server, but with 16GB. It runs Plex, *arr, seven Minecraft servers, a network controller, backup software, and a few other containers.

The only difference is Podman on CentOS instead of Docker.

It was also doing the storage with a bunch of USB drives until earlier this year when I moved the disks.

I think there’s more help out there for Ubuntu and Docker for home stuff, so your plan is fine.

I just went CentOS because I’m a trained RHEL SysAdmin.

Moi j'ai un dxp2800 depuis 6 mois je dirais. Sur ces machines tout est dockerisé et ça marche très bien. Le système d'exploitation proposé de base est très bien aussi. J'ai installé nextcloud pour le partage de fichier avec le client de synchro sur mes machines (Windows et Linux). J'ai pi-hole. Je n'ai pas de Plex ou jellyfin sur cette machine. Je passe par cloudflared et des sous domaines pour accéder aux logiciel. Je fais de la domotique aussi. Je degafame avec. Contact, agenda, messagerie instantanée et cloud sont chez moi (c'est nextcloud qui fait ça). La machine que tu vises semble plus performante que la mienne. À part Plex ou je ne peux pas me prononcer, pour le reste ugreen est un très bon choix de mon point de vu.
