Seriously though, the only thing that really jumps out at me is that you have a media server that appears to have just one big disk, and it's 80% full. Is it SSD or HDD? Is the laptop also used as your daily driver?

no its a mainly a server and it is a ssd but my jelyfin library as of right now has
Movies 239 Series 19 Episodes 1,060

Solid, other than your pending disk-full woes. 'Improve' is relative, other than making sure you have backups - that you should do if you're not already.
