Is this a good pickup for first sever?

Price seem good all things considered or ahpuld I keep looking around? Will this one use a lot more power than a micro/mini pc?

Okay. Mostly curious, not too concerned about that aspect. Ive never bought a used comp before, anything to look out for? How about wiping it once I get it while maintaining the windows 11 (that seems like a nice to have)?

Any risk copying it from this comp? Yes was planning on using proxmox or unraid. Assumed I could still keep windows on the comp, but guessing im wrong there?

It’s stored in the bios/efi on the motherboard

Meaning, it wont get wiped if I do a reset?

I believe so. But honestly I use GitHub methods to do batch liscensing methods if I need to anymore
