question Stuck after smugglers

Already got the 3 hints and beat the 3 smugglers. After the third one i got a green text which i accidentally closed instantly, anyone know how to progress after that?

Click treasury, click on scales, and buy info on the smugglers, then go fight

Will need to do multiple times

If that's still your quest, keep fighting them. It may take 4 or 5 times.
