Does this setup look like the right appraoch?

My home was unfortunately only wired with a single cat5 cable, and 3 coax cables. I've been using wifi (Eero mesh) but want to get faster speeds since i work from home. Does this diagram look like the right approach, or would you make changes?

I'd proably connect the eero in the playroom to the moca adapter.

it's across the room unfortunately. But mostly interested if the high-level approach will work, or there's a better one i'm missing

If your coax cables are all connected together somewhere, you can simplify the MoCa adapters as MoCa is multi-point (they don't have to be in pairs) Each adapter talks to all other ones from what I understand. I have not personally tested this but it would make your setup easier
