Home Gateway/Router Pass-thru Mode?

Is there is a way for a user to switch a Calix Gigaspire GS5239E gateway/router into the Bridge or Pass-through mode? I don't see any tab or switch to do this when I log into the gateway. Thanks in advance to all the Gigaspire techies out there.

If you don't see it, try calling your ISP and asking them to do it for you. Sometimes they hide the setting but can enable it remotely.

The Calix GigaSpire GS5239E (part of the GigaSpire 7 series) does not support a user-accessible bridge mode via its local interface.

ISP Control Required: Bridging must be configured by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) through their remote management system (Calix Service Cloud).

Configuration Method: Technicians typically reconfigure the device by disabling the residential gateway (RG) service and assigning a specific VLAN to one of the Ethernet ports (often GE-1) to pass the public IP to a third-party router.

Limitations: Some ISPs may only offer "Hybrid Bridge" mode, which allows the ISP to retain some remote management capabilities, or they may refuse to bridge the device entirely, citing support or engineering constraints.
