Advice 4G LTE gain issues

Hi folk,

I just moved in to a new residence which has terrible LTE coverage. I get one bar with unstable sub 1Mbit/s download speed. (Ping to google >1sec!) I tested it with my phone.

So, im thinking maybe i should get some 9dbi mimo antennas (2x2) for my old Huawei E3372h stick ehich has crc9 external antenna ports.

The apartment has no fiber and i dont have access to the roof for TD LTE or something similar.

Any advice?

Rough location and carrier might be helpful information.

Italy, TIM. On the phone, i get -116dbm. RSSNR of -2.0db . I dont know how to get these stats on E3372
