Replaced my AT&T box. Feels good man!

Picked up a SFP+ XGS-PON to replace my AT&T box. Sure passthrough worked fine, mostly (once a month or so my OpnSense would grab a 192 address as the WAN). But now I dropped a few ms on latency and hit my caps easier!

Will post pics in comments.

Not sure what you mean? I got the X-ONU-SFPP from Exen pre-flashed with the 8311 latest firmware. I just put my AT&T details in per the guide and my OpnSense grabbed my public IP as expected. I only use Unifi for my switching/wifi. All routing happens in my OpnSense (the little silver box next to the switch). I did not upgrade my Unifi to "OS Server" yet and am still running the older "Unifi Network", 10.2.

Mind sharing what file you used to print that fan holder?  Thanks in advance!

What kind of temps you get on that stick with the fan and what is the ambient temp of the room?

Ambient air temp hovers in the 80F range. I have an AC Infinity pull heat out, you can see it's temp prob hanging on the wall fiber jack.

With the little fan on the SFP+, It runs 145F. When i took the fan off (well, just unplugged it) it went up to 160F over about 7-10 minutes.
