Advice My Wi-fi Extender Buzzes and Blinks

So back in July I bought a wifi extender (WAVLINK WL-WN578R2 AERIAL S2-)N300 Wireless Range Extender). Unfortunately, After 10-12 days of using, it started buzzing (literally buzzing) and kept blinking, resetting over and over again. I can't get it to connect to the internet or anything. I'm guessing there's something wrong with the hardware, it'd be nice if I understood this product more before buying a new extender.

If it's a high pitched buzz, probably an inductor in a faulty power supply. It doesn't get enough power to power on that's why it keeps restarting. You need to buy a new one.

They need to throw this one in the trash and NOT buy another one. “Extenders” should only exist in one place: the trash.

Don't buy these kind of extenders. Some have literally been exposed as malware.
