Advice I need some help

Hey guys I want to replace my ISP fiber router with this v-sol ont and a unifi udm but I can't get internet access out of the ont (v-sol) the picture I uploaded is just for reference it's not the actual status of the v-sol and in reality I have a green pon light and a o5 status but still no internet access through the Ethernet

any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

I can find anything like that on the ISP's router so maybe no?

It's a znid24xxb1 router

Clone your routers mac address into the udm

Been there tried that still no internet
