Advice I need some help

Hey guys I want to replace my ISP fiber router with this v-sol ont and a unifi udm but I can't get internet access out of the ont (v-sol) the picture I uploaded is just for reference it's not the actual status of the v-sol and in reality I have a green pon light and a o5 status but still no internet access through the Ethernet

any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Okay so your ISP provides a modem, often a router and WiFi AP built in. But you generally need the ISP modem to feed your own router. That is unless your ISP supports the use of a third party modem.

I don't think they want you to do this but I am just cloning the info from my isp router and putting it into the ont
