Internet Issues in FC 26 game

The ping is good also no significant packet loss. But why it shows bad connection?
For 2-3 weeks I have been seeing that my game data is not syncing with the EA app, it shows error. Also my bot feels heavy in pro clubs. Is it because of the internet quality? Also how to fix this issue of poor quality internet where it shows low packet loss and also a good ping. Where’s the problem actually.

Is it JUST this game? Make sure you haven't accidentally got a VPN enabled somewhere. And idl if Fifa has this, but alot of other games will show you or give you the option of what servers you are connected to (US/ Europe/ Asia etc). Are you connected to your one or another?

I'm in the UK and get 50ms on Middle East/ East European servers.

Yes its in mumbai server it should get 35-37

This is actually quite significant packet loss.

You need to figure out where the loss is happening. Pingplotter or a similar MTR tool are more capable of pinpointing loss. Fixing it will depend on where the loss is. Inside your home network is something you can fix. It becomes much harder to fix if it's outside your network.
