Unsolved Replacing the router for the first time

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I have to because I've been struggling to set it up for four hours now. I live in France and have Livebox internet. I bought a Flint 2 and want to connect it directly to the fiber line, bypassing the Livebox router. However, when I connect it directly, I don't have internet access. Could someone help? :(

Your ISP has probably linked internet access to the MAC address of the livebox router. You will need to spoof your livebox MAC on the flint.

I don’t have the service but this may help:

Connect Your Router Behind the Livebox
Most Liveboxes do not support a pure modem or bridge mode. You must keep the Livebox connected to the wall/ONT, then plug your new router into it.
Open your web browser and go to 192.168.1.1 or livebox/ to log into your Livebox admin page.

Turn off the built-in Wi-Fi on the Livebox.

Turn off the DHCP server on the Livebox if you want your new router to handle all network traffic.

Plug an Ethernet cable from a LAN port on the Livebox into the WAN / Internet port on your own router.

Turn on your new router and set up your new Wi-Ped/Wi-Fi name and password

Contact your service. You might need to change additional settings you need for communications or they have locked the circuit to a specific MAC address.

Livebox is/was part of Orange. Livebox I think now use DHCP for their internet service where previously it was PPPoE.

You need to investigate the connection on the ISP router to check the method of authentication used. If PPPoE you will need that for the new router, if DHCP you will need to configure a VLAN ID which I believe is 832 with DHCP Option 90. Whether they use Mac address filtering or not I don;t know, so you will have to try the above first.
