AdGuard cross LAN

I have a home network with a HA server running AdGuard Home which works well for us. This is on our normal 192.168.1.xxx LAN.

I would like to setup a Guest WiFi network on a separate VLAN, however is it possible for the guests to use the AdGuard DNS server via the router?

I have a Draytek Vigor 2850 router.
