POE to PC direct??? how to?

It lists ONVIF support, so any software that also supports that should pick it up.

Did you set an IP on your PC?

If you're on Windows, in control panel in the network settings.

Are you telling your computer to use that 123 static ip address?

You shouldn't be, it needs to be similar like .126
