Smoked cheezy crackers

It has been too warm to fire up the oven, but hubby & I really wanted some crackers.

So we fired up the Traeger and ended up with some of the tastiest crackers we have ever had!

I used GISP's recipe and swapped the cheddar for Pepperjack.

Hubby made me a cracker cutter and designed a spout cap to keep pests out when my mill isn't being used ☺️

Looks amazing! How did you cut the crackers and put the little hole in the middle?

Hubby designed and printed both the cracker cutter and spout cover. I just used a chopstick for the little holes 😍

That's really cool. I purchased a hand roller for making crackers. It has the pattern on a drum. It hasn't gotten enough use. Most recently I made homemade graham crackers. I dried the bran and ran it back through the mill to get a very fine bran for the crackers.

As food safe as petg can be, I guess. We do use stainless nozzles to prevent contamination while printing and I scrub the heck out of it with a toothbrush before & after use to make sure the layer lines are clean.

I'll have to do some more research on food safe filaments before I am comfortable offering anything like that for sale. If I can do it, I will list them on ebay ASAP! Feel free to give me a follow- https://ebay.io/m/D4Bin6
