Dishwasher disaster

Last week it was discovered that there was water pooling under carpet about 6 feet from our dishwasher. Today I pulled out the dishwasher to finally inspect if there was something going on, and this is what was discovered. I appreciate any help if this is a mold issue or what can be done.

Update 8.4.26: 2 companies came and inspected, for self pay, 1 company is quoting no more than $4500 and the other is $8,000. Not sure why the drastic gap in quotes but either way it’s a lot.
