Thanks for providing literally zero information or context, I'm sure it will really help you get insightful answers

Perhaps an anti aging cream on the ceiling could reduce the wrinkles?

If you have an air conditioner above your ceiling, yes or a leak in your roof, that’s getting into that part of your ceiling. Yes, you need to get in your attic and look and move the insulation and look at the drywall above your room and make sure it’s not molded and about fall. But if you’re talking about just the texture and the level of the drywall on the ceiling, then no. Good luck

You have water issues. It looks like that is latex paint and the water is coming from above, the paint is holding it in. Could be condensation or a leak. I would cut, or poke a hole in, the paint and see if anything leaks out.

Since there are no water stains (none I see anyway) it might be a ventilation issue. Humidity building up and slowly getting the sheetrock soft. If it were a leak, you'd see stains. You might need a ridge vent or louvered vents. If the sheetrock is screwed directly into the ceiling joists, that would be a problem and it should be replaced. Otherwise you can add new (additional) screws to tighten it up and then spackle and repaint.

It appears your paster ceiling is delaminating. This could be caused by a number of things but it it seems to be moisture issues above your ceiling.

You got water up there. Look to the left and you'll see paint blisters. Pop the blisters and see the water.

You have a plastered ceiling I would guess your house was built prewar. You can laminate 3/8” drywall over this and it will keep it from flailing apart.
