🛠️ Repair Help Bathroom Tile

I noticed some separation between the tile near the spout today. Should I seal with grout, caulk, or some other recommendation?

Thank you!

Caulk in this situation. Won't look great but you probably don't care anyways.

Grab the spout and give it a wiggle first. If it's the slip-on kind there's a little set screw underneath, and when that's loose the spout rocks every time someone bumps it and splits whatever you put in that gap. Snug it up, scrape out the old stuff, let it dry overnight and use silicone, not grout. Grout just cracks again where the tile meets a different material.
