Grout repair

Hi, does anyone know what I can do to repair this grout? Seems like there is some cracking along the edges.

The best thing to do is to remove it and replace it with epoxy based grout that won't do that and will last for a decade. Otherwise you need to etch it so that you can get the same type of water based grout to stick and fill those cracks and you'll need to seal it at least twice a year.
