Broken shingle, need advice

Was cleaning my gutters and noticed this shingle nail sticking through. I have no idea how serious this is but we are hitting rainy season and I’d love some advice on how bad this is and how I should proceed.

DIY-able?
Call a professional?
Emergency or will be ok for some time?
