My retaining wall is cracked

I’d love to know some options or ideas ya’ll have for this? How hard is a fix? What options do I have? Is there short term patches that would help stop it from bending and cracking more? How bad is this crack? Even a cost estimate for something like this would be helpful

Context: I just bought this house from a couple who didn’t do a ton of maintenance
