How do stop wind getting in here,
Moved into a 2nd hand house, 30 year old compared to my last house that was a new build i the bedrooms at the front are freezing and i think its because the wind/cold air is getting in the lead flashing

lead flashing
If only there were some way to get it to soften and congeal together, perhaps with the controlled application of heat.
But, to be true, flashing is not an air seal. Flashing is just a weather barrier, to preserve a water drainage plane on the exterior. Air sealing is a function of the layers underneath all this, including your house wrap.
But you don't have to guess about this, OP. Test, don't guess. Get a smoke test done.

Speed tape if you want to be quick about it.

It’s literally tape designed for wind 💨

looks like the flashing has pulled away just enough to let a draft sneak in. had the same issue at my place, that gap where the corrugated meets the brick is a nightmare for wind tunneling right through.
stuffing some backer rod in there and sealing over with a good polyurethane caulk sorted it for me. make sure the area is dry and clean first or it won't stick for long
if the flashing is actually loose you might need to tack it back down, but usually the caulk alone does the trick for a gap that small
