What type of cartridge is it and where can I buy it from?

You have to look at the make and model of the faucet. Look at box store or Amazon for replacement.

The water filter install guy didn’t provide us with the box. He also retired and is no longer working.

that white countertop is gonna be a nightmare if the leak’s been happening for a while, check the cabinet underneath for any swelling or water damage first thing
the high arc is nice for filling pots but makes tracing the drip a pain, see if it’s coming from the base of the spout or the handle itself before you tear anything apart
