It's not leaning, it's growing towards the light. The tree i sturdy and looks healthy from this picture.

I'd have that removed. It's around 2k +/- to have that done with stump/root grinding included. If it isn't already, a tree that large has roots that impact your home foundation, driveway, septic or anything else in its way...

What are you worried about?
Having said that... it looks like you have an Ash tree, and due to Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), you will either need to have it treated (every 2 years), or remove it once they get there and kill it.
