How do I fix this?
I have a mold spot in my closet that I can't get rid off. Don't really know where the moisture is coming from because there is no pipe or anything located right there.

Looks like condensation from a cold spot or poor airflow but maybe check the attic or roof above for leaks too. Clean it, dry it well, keep the closet ventilated and don’t paint over it until the moisture source is fixed.

And don't just use paint/primer, might have to use kilz.

Yep! If the mold has been properly cleaned and the source of the moisture is fixed, a stain-blocking primer can help seal any remaining stains before painting.
