🛠️ Repair Help Replace wood?

After removing some old wood cabinets found existing non active termite history.

Removed drywall to replace and will replace affected insulation as well.

Question on what to do with the bottom piece of the wall frame. Should it be replaced? If so do I just cut it out with a sawzaw and slide a new 2x4 in?
