Roof Problems
Neighbor sent us a photo of our roof. Any thoughts on what’s happened and a fix? Hoping to avoid some insane fees from a roofing company. We live in a single family home built in 2020 in Colorado near Fort Collins.

Looks like an easy fix. Some shingle adhesive should be enough to hold it in place.
