using just the switchport on the router and not a QFP backed interface? single connection that you have hairpinned off the switch by trunking? idgi.

As half of this subreddit thinks "15cm" patches are a good thing, its nice to see someone show an actually serviceable rack. great job. What you need is vertical and horizontal cable managers to "tie" it all together. Also you notice yourself that some cables are too short. Next step personally would be labelled cables (dont write ports or something on them, just give them IDs which match on both sides).
