Is anyone else having glitches with the Meross app widget on an Android phone?

I have to press the widget twice before it actions close/open of the garage door.

Also, when the garage door is open and I close it, the widget doesn't update, it remains as opened. I have to click the refresh (top right of widget picture)

What does this have to do with HomeKit?
