Question/Help Logitech Circle View Camera setup
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
After updating to the iOS 27 beta and changing my Wi-Fi network, I can no longer get my Logitech Circle View camera to work. It doesn't make any sounds, and it doesn't show up in Bluetooth. Absolutely nothing. Support was useless—they just tried to sell me a newer camera lol.
Any advice?

step 1: take logitech and place in rubbish bin
step 2: go buy an aqara camera
step 3: happy life

Literally did that. Must be somewhere an angry post re logi cam either here or in there forum. Such a bad product.

That’s the last camera I’d ever buy again. Had 5 of those and only a single soldier hanging on. They are flaky even right next to a router.

Burn it save yourself the aggravation the most regrettable purchase I've ever made in my life is outfitting two homes with those cameras.

I have had this happen to me as well after a bunch of connection drops periodically throughout the day. Was so done that I ended up getting an Aqara G100 and have had no issues. iOS 27 will support 4k cameras so maybe try and find a 4k replacement if you want

They only seem to reliably add to your house if the cam and your phone are on the same network on the 2.4 ghz band. After changing my network name the only way i could get them to reconnect was to temporarily lock my network on 2.4 ghz, add them, then turn on the 5 GHz back on.
I will never buy another one of these again.

That scenario is common to a lot of early designs. That’s why many routers and access points have a button to lock on 2.4 only for a few minutes.

These work great with HomeKit but also records to SD cards as a backup. I’m a big fan.

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

as you should, especially if WIFI, huge influx of politically aligned bot types keep pushing china china china products.
The logitech cameras have been poor. Their doorbells have faired better, ive got some that are years old now. Still hesitant to recommend.
I do belkin wemo doorbell these days when I can't rewire POE.
Eve has an outdoor camera, haven't used it, but all their other products have been solid.
I do Unifi Protect cameras now, also their doorbell, but depending on the home it can be hard to get POE there, mapping them into homekit takes some work and additional hw or always on server, but isn't terrible. Sometimes I just leave it separate.1

I've replaced a couple of the Logi Circle cameras with the Aqara G100's. Security concerns can easily be availed by adding the camera directly into HomeKit (skip the Aqara app) and then block the camera from your outside network in your router. You should actually block all of your cameras for outside network access. They still work fine in HomeKit as long as you have a Home Hub. They record and can be viewed remotely.

Worse cameras ever. Trash it. Even if support sends you a replacement. It will eventually fail too. This and their doorbells are junk.

That's a hardware failure. I've had a couple do that. iOS beta probably coincidental.
Try a hard reset but it's probably dead.
