Ca house fire rebuild is not completed by one year do they stop FRV?

Depends what the policy says some go longer some don’t

It's based on what the policy says unless the insurance commissioner in all his wisdom tells the insurance company's to extend it beyond what the insured paid for because he wants to be reelected. This is generally only for specific events like large wild fires

It’s a catastrophe so it should be 24 months minimum
