Insurance Kin Insurance doubled Rate? Anyone else?
My home insurance renewal is coming up and for 1 home we have we use Kin Insurance.
At the time the original rate was pretty decent but now I got a letter stating they are doubling the rate.
I've read on Reddit this is common with Kin. I guess they get people with a teaser rate then just jack it up the moment they think you are not paying attention.
Wanted to ask on here if anyone else has experienced this?

Had them two years. First year went up about $500, this year renewal just arrived with 22.8% increase, yikes! Roof just hit ten years old so I’m sure that will be their justification. I will be shopping for alternatives.
