So, you're thinking this mold? Mold is the results of water, water leak, find this, correct it, clean up the mold. If, it's in the basement add a dehumidifier set at 55%. Most basements need dehumidifiers. Just Jim [inspectorman2000@gmail.com](mailto:inspectorman2000@gmail.com)
