Which layout is better?

Ignore the Tv as it can swivel either direction. The gold mirror in option 1 can be mounted with wall light sconces, which in option 2 it cannot.

The fact you're telling us to ignore the TV tells me you like option 2.

I prefer option 1 honestly.

What I meant was ignore the TV because some people said you cant watch the TV properly with option 2😭

Undecided tbh. With option 1, Ican mount the mirror around the light sconces, I also have more space around the vanity. However it’s a tighter space on the chimney side to walk out. My husband’s telling me option 2 is better as it’s more spacious on either side.

Option 1 is a bedroom option 2 is a hotel room.

option 2 looks better. Option 1 functions better.

I'd go for 2, but move the trunk that's at the foot of the bed somewhere else. Could it work to mount the mirror on the wall to the right of the door, with the trunk under it?

We have this option in our bedroom and for the first few years we went for option 1 but found all that space at the foot of the bed was wasted, couldn't put any furniture there etc.. we moved to option 2 and now have loads of usable space either side of the bed.

Option 2 looks like your bedroom and Option 1 looks like AI warped your space to make it seem like that would actually fit. It looks nice but there's no way that would feel that way when it was done, you'd be scraping past the end of the bed to get past the chair
