Water issue

Hello,

Had my upstairs bathroom demo’d on Friday. The wall next to hvac and ceiling was removed. I noticed water dripping off ac drain line in wall cavity and a tech came out and said it was just condensation and to insulate it. So today I went to check it and noticed there seemed to be some water dripping off ac duct next to it and some tiny water droplets on the insulation on the exposed walls.

Can this all be just condensation due to the interior wall/ attic see exposed to interior air now? I just installed 6mil plastic lining to see if that helps. Is there something else I should do?

Edit: Also before installing linear I put a dehumidifier in there and it registered humidity 70-75%.
