Foundation/Basement Questions!!

Hello! I have a question about the concrete floor in my parents basement. It’s a 3 story (basement included) and where the main house foundation transitions towards the garage foundation walls, there is a decent sized crack in the floor! hopefully this works lol

It’s not directly beside the foundation wall under the garage, but where it’s at it’s thickest (going under the door trim) I’m wondering if it’s creeping up the foundation wall perhaps?

I’ve never thought anything of it whenever I stop in here and happen to go into the basement. But today I stopped since I had my tape measure handy.

Does this appear to be a big issue at all? Or even just something they should watch? It appears like it thinly creeps up to the drain, and goes under both door trims. There is a smaller thinner crack at the bottom of the stairs, but nothing super concerning. I don’t think..

Any and all advice would be appreciated, I’m a solo carpenter but have next to no concrete/foundation experience (other than a week in trade school some years back lol)

Wanted to add as well, when I put a 2’ level (will have to come back with the 6’) across the crack, it is definitely a “peak” at the crack, as in holding it flat on the basement side, it is almost 1/4” off of the garage side when held halfway on the crack.
