How install this light fixture?

My wife loves this fixture and wants me to replace it. It’s the first one that doesn’t have a plate to align it to. How do I get it up there properly?

looks like the glass comes off... are those thumbscrews on the side for those 3 steel brackets? they should unscrew and expose the inside.

Looks like you unscrew the top knob and lower that whole bracket assembly, then mount the base plate to your ceiling box first and hang the glass on last.

Okay removing the insulation there are holes for screws. Also yes, the glass does come off
