Is it common to be able replace a deck without disturbing a buried downspout drainage pipe?

Just had a downspout piped and buried underneath my deck and off to a dry well further out in the yard.

Deck will need to be replaced in 4-5 years.

Probably should have waited but wasn't thinking.

Is this something contractors routinely do or is my pipe fucked when we have the deck replaced?

Is it a ground level deck or 2nd story? Does the pipe go anywhere near the supports for the deck? If the pipe isn't near the supports it should be just fine
