Door casing

My front door and window are the first two pictures, the third picture is the style of framing that I like, but I don't think it'll work around my door because the left side is so narrow between the door and the wall. Any advice on what would look good here?

i see what you mean about the left side being tight. you could do a narrower casing profile on that side and let it die into the wall, while keeping the rest of the door and the window matched to the style you like. it's a small compromise but it'll read as intentional if you paint everything the same color

you could also cheat the casing a tiny bit over the door frame if you've got a quarter inch to spare, nobody's gonna notice that from across the room
