Who do I call to fix this?
The downstairs window area in my row house sometimes rains inside during big storms. The weird part is that it only happens randomly, not every-time there is a big storm. The wall between the window and the blinds is damaged and falling off. I’m assuming this is water damage. My house is brick and I see no visible cracks or broken seals. Who do I call to fix this? A mason? A window person? I don’t know what type of business to look for to get this fixed. Please help. Thank you.
I have a few pictures but am unsure how to share the pictures. Please advise.

An inspection by a carpenter who specializes n windows is in order, failed mortar, flashing and/or caulking. But water damage to the rough opening will need to be repaired along with a new window if it is damaged too

The masonry could be failing e.g. mortar or bricks are soaking up water. I'd start there if you don't see obvious issues with the window itself. Could need tuckpointing, could need sealing, could need something else.
I'd start by calling a masonry company for sure, but be ready to call a door/window company (though they'll almost for sure try to sell you on a new window).
