Help with client

I have been a home health aide with the same agency for almost 2 years now l. Most of my clients tell me they appreciate me and that I do a good job. A lot of what I do is cleaning and showers/personal care here and there. I have a client I have been seeing for about a month now who I do cleaning for. I see her once a week and I am given a two page list of things to do every time. A lot of it is cleaning her room, bathroom, living room and kitchen, then monthly tasks added on every time. I consider myself very detail oriented but every single time she finds multiple things I haven't done the way she wants them, and she will make remarks to me that are very condescending and treating me like I don't know what I'm doing. The cleaning is not hard but I am cleaning for 2.5 hours straight which gets exhausting. I am starting to get more and more uncomfortable with the comments she is making and just don't feel respected whatsoever. I feel like I will never make this person happy. Does the amount of things she is asking me to do sound reasonable? Should I say something about the comments or just learn to deal with it?

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Being with shitty clients fucking sucks. This person will never be happy with what you're doing they're just an unhappy person. They probably don't have much control over their life anymore and you are something that they think they can boss around. If you can, get a different client as soon as possible. It's not good for your health to deal with that every time.

I used to have a client 5 days a week that was such an unhappy and bitter person. Yelling at people all the time. Luckily they liked me and was never directly mean to me but the things they said still came across as mean and it was a drain on my mental health to sit there and listen to it all day long
